We specialize in commercial projects, educational projects and custom residential projects including boardrooms, theater, multi-zone audio, automation (including security & fire systems) and lighting control.

In order to qualify for this position you must have a minimum of 5 years field experience as a Custom Electronics Installer and be considered at least Intermediate Level with your skills.

Requirements:

• You MUST take pride in your work AND enjoy what you do everyday
• 5 or more years field experience installing commercial & residential audio/video products
• Knowledge of current NEC electrical codes and Building Codes
• Installation, setup and programming of HAI controllers and accessories; Crestron a plus
• Project management skills to take project from concept to completion
• Experience programming control interfaces such as RTI, Universal Remote, NEVO
• Strong commercial & residential audio/video installation background
• Computer proficiency-Windows, Office, Visio; networking skills are a plus
• Superior interpersonal skills for communication with colleagues & clients
• Experience reading wiring diagrams and system design drawings
• Strong troubleshooting, system testing, and good ability to “ think on your feet”
• Ability to produce good documentation & project management skills
• Ability to listen & learn from others
• Minor and occasional travel may be required (Approximately 2-3 days a month and may be out of state)
• CE certifications are a plus
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a full and complete background check

In order to qualify for this position you must have at a minimum, and be able to demonstrate, a basic working knowledge of basic residential/commercial low voltage wiring and proficiency with hand and power tools is a must. Previous security systems installers are encouraged to apply.

Performs administrative duties for executive management.

Responsibilities include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff, and customer relations.

Requires strong computer and internet research skills; HTML a plus! Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

All candidates should have a strong background in office management and assisting upper management in day to day operations. Strong organizational skills are a must; gotta keep the boss in line some how ;)
